BERLIN Brats

Old Town Alexandria, VA Regional

Sunday, October 8th, 2006   3:30pm

Join us as a costumed guide greets our group at Market Square and escorts us through the cobblestone streets of Old Town, stopping at two restaurants along the way.  Enjoy cocktails at the first and dinner and desert at the other, all while hearing tales and folklore along the way.

Our first stop will be Gadsby’s Tavern.  We will socialize here for approximately an hour while our guide presents us with a Colonial Souvenir! (we thought we would do our group photo here!) We then move on to Union Street Public House for dinner and dessert.

Meet us at 3:30pm at Market Square (directly across the street from the Alexandria City Hall at 301 King Street in Old Town Alexandria.  We depart at 4pm. Within 30 minutes we’re at the historic Gadsby’s Tavern. An hour later, we move on to Union Street Public House.

After dinner ….if we’re so inclined…we can move over to Alexandria’s hotspot:  Murphy’s Irish Pub!!! They have live entertainment on Sunday.

And remember Monday is a Federal holiday…so why not!

Reservations are required by September 21st!

Cost:  $35 per person (includes tour, 2 tour souvenirs, dinner, coffee, tea or soda and dessert at Union Street Public House)

Note: Gadsby’s Tavern will be a cash bar.

Please be advised:  We are limited to 50 people….so please reserve your spot by remitting your payment payable to the BERLIN Brats and mailing to:
